Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping Australia wide on all orders over $50.
There is a flat rate fee of $10 for postage on orders under $50.
We offer Express shipping for a flat rate fee of $12.95. This can be chosen at checkout. We will use Aus Post for this, they advise delivery is 1-4 business days.
If your recipient lives in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area, we will hand deliver the next day after purchase.
GENERAL POST TIMEFRAME:
All general orders made before 12pm will be dispatched the following day. If an order is placed on Friday as well as over the weekend it will dispatched on the following business day.
After the parcel has been dispatched (collected by our courier) it will arrive to the recipient:
2-5 business days for deliveries within NSW
3-6 business day for deliveries to Melbourne & Brisbane
4-8 business days for deliveries to Adelaide & Hobart.
7-14 business days for deliveries to Perth.
Any areas considered remote may take longer.
We use Sendle & Australia Post, due to many factors that are out of our control there may be delays from the times mentioned above.
If your recipient lives in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area, we will hand deliver within 2 days of purchase.
ORDERING IN ADVANCE:
If you wish to pre-order for a specific arrival date, please email us at email@example.com before placing your order, stating your preferred delivery date & what box you will be ordering. Unfortunately our couriers cannot guarantee a specific date or time for delivery but we will do our best to arrange the gift to be dispatched at the appropriate time to arrive as close to the requested date as possible. This is at the normal free shipping rates.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
Every iCareBox.Co parcel sent is given a unique tracking number which is emailed to the sender when the parcel is collected by our courier.
A signature will not be required upon delivery.
If the parcel is to be delivered to a business address please give instructions as to where to leave the gift e.g. at reception desk.
We take special care in packing our gift boxes to ensure safe delivery. However iCareBox.Co cannot guarantee that goods will not be damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances which are out of our control, such as damage done during delivery, theft or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at the intended time and place. We will however do all we can to help in the unlikely circumstance this occurs, by communicating with our couriers on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome.
If the buyer makes a mistake and supplies the wrong address details on the order and the parcel is marked as undeliverable by our courier, there is a $12 postage fee to redirect the parcel to a correct address.
