Where do you deliver?
We delivery Australia Wide.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders made before 12pm will be dispatched the following day. If an order is placed over the weekend it will dispatched on Monday.
If your recipient lives in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area, we will hand deliver within 3 days of purchase.
How long after my order is dispatched will it arrived to the recipient?
Arrives 2-5 business days for deliveries within NSW.
Arrives 3-6 business day for deliveries to Melbourne & Brisbane.
Arrives 4-8 business days for deliveries to Adelaide & Hobart.
Arrives 7-10 business days for deliveries to Perth.
Any areas considered remote may take longer.
We use AusPost which are very efficient and reliable, however due to many factors that are out of our control there may be delays from the times mentioned above.
If your recipient lives in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area, we will hand deliver within 3 days of purchase.
Can I order in advance for a specific date?
Yes you can, please email us at info@icarebox.co with your preferred delivery date before placing your order. Unfortunately, our couriers cannot guarantee a specific date or time for delivery, but we will do our best to arrange the gift to be dispatched at the appropriate time to arrive as close to the requested date as possible.
Do you offer express post?
Yes we do. This can be chosen at checkout for a flat rate of $20.
Can I pick-up my gift box?
Yes you can, we offer Click & Collect from Cardiff, 2285, NSW - You can select this at the checkout and your order will be ready to pick-up within 18-48 hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with an Aus Post reference number link. (This may go to your junk mail, so remember to check there)
Will my "custom built" gift be dispatched without a "box" in my cart?
Our "build your own" section states that a "box" must be added to your cart. Please ensure this is done when customising your own gift. If there is no box in your list of items, we will email you a separate invoice for the box to be paid for before dispatching.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, email us at info@icarebox.co immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, we can no longer offer any cancellations.
